Chef Carta brings the authentic simple elegance of the Sardinian dining tradition to your table. Sardinian cuisine is known for the purity of food and flavors. To insure the authenticity of the dining experience Chef has imported an authentic hood wood-burning oven for the kitchen. The menu is focused on farm fresh and locally grown food. Chargrilled meats and local fish will be cooked in the oven as it is in Sardinia. Taste the Sardinia bread, know as Pane carasau, baked fresh daily which welcomes you at your table. The pasta dough is also made fresh daily. Revel in the authentic Sardinian paella made with fregola and enjoy the unique flavor of bottarga. To maximize the pleasure of sharing good food with good friends, Sardinia has 45 seats- 24 in the main dining room, a chefs table for 10 and 13 seats in the bar area. Good food-good conversation-good friends. A true Sardinia experience you will not forget.

The pecorina was delicious 😋! So were the Sardinian white wines! My Dad and I had the pasta seafood special. Just right!

We were there for my Birthday. Our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. Food and portions were perfect. Pasta was perfecto! Service was spot on and priced equal to quality. We will be back! 5 Star

This is the 2nd time dining here. it was just ok the 1st time but wanted to try again. We had reservations and arrived and was seated right away. Friendly staff. Restaurant was nice, clean and the tables were set well. The issue we had (both times now) was the food. We ordered the Cioppino appetizer and it came out hot the taste however was very fishy. We get this all the time from restaurants and never as "fishy" tasting and smelling as last night. Next was entrées, My wife ordered Gnocchi with meat ragu and I had the Red Snapper special. Both dishes came out hot, but again the flavors were not good. My wife's dish was overly salted where all you tasted was the salt. My fish, like the appetizer dish was very fishy in taste and smell. This was not fresh. We brought our own wine and at the end of dinner I was surprised to see 40.00 corkage fee. All the waitress did was open the bottle. She never even came by to fill our glasses as we were getting low. I completely understand and expect corkage fees but 40.00 seems excessive. Most are 15 to 25 range. I could not complain about this since that was on me, not to check in advance. We mentioned to the waitress that dinner was just "ok" and the tastes of the food was "off", but she merely say "I see" and never said another word. I would not recommend this place after our 2 failed attempts there. There are far better Italian food restaurants in and around this area. We wanted this to be our "go to" dinner place because of the ambience but we will be searching for another.
