Bit disappointed still had reduced valentines day menu on 15th February but wasn't made clear at time of booking

The food was as good as always but they had seemingly overbooked so we had to queue from outside to get in. The service was not as good as usual as the waiters were run off their feet. We could see everyone was doing their best to make it work.

We arrived 10 minutes before our booking, there was a cue of about 20 people in a landing before you was in the restaurant, we waited 30 minutes and spoke to people leaving the Que who had been waiting over 45 minutes we decided to leave, they had clearly overbooked, very disappointed we won’t be going there again!!

On arrival of the restaurant it was lovely and calm at 7 pm on Valentine's. We waited a while to be seated. We were rushed to order food. When I had finished my starter my partner hadn't finished eating and my plates and cutlery were taken. We where rushed for our maims it took around 25 from order to eating our mains. The food was great but poor service since reopening the previous staff and management where incredible but not up to par when the bill was over £120 for two drinks two starter two mains unfortunately won't be returning

Our first visit. Saturday evening 7pm. Very busy, very lively, good atmosphere. Staff very attentive, perhaps overly keen to hurry us along, but they seem to be successful and wanted their table back!

Have eaten here many times just this time it wasn’t as good as normal, I have the salmon pasta which is usually very good and I ask for it with pasta other than tagliatelle or spaghetti, this time they said they can’t swap the pasta anymore and they don’t have other types of pasta. What Italian doesn’t have penne pasta!! It was also both mine and my friends 40th, they only brought out one little cake with a candle for me so it looked like I hadn’t mentioned her but I did on the booking , so was awkward Just a bit disappointed this time

Three of us ate here on Friday evening at 6pm. My dad, son and I. We had a great experience from arrival to departure . Food, service and ambiance were all excellent . We will be back again very soon . Thankyou
