Poor service. Server forgot to bring our food and we had to ask. Also had to ask for our bill multiple times.

Our waitress, Deepa was lovely. She spent plenty of time with us, explaining what would happen, describing the food and teas in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble , she even took away a pot of tea and returned having made a fresh pot, herself, just as I asked. Whilst chatting, we queried whether today was a typical day when she admitted that it was particularly busy. You would never have guessed as Deepa was very attentive, a pleasure to share our experience with.

Service was top notch, tea was amazing and the sandwiches and cakes were next level. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. An amazing experience!

What a truly amazing experience From walking through the door to leaving you are made to feel very special Our afternoon tea was lovely the scones were delicious as were the cakes A special shout out to Antonia such a friendly person Our 25th wedding anniversary is a day we will look back on as an amazing day

Our waitress very nice. Food ok, but not worth price. Took over 30 to get and pay bill after we told them we needed to hurry. Almost late to our tour after
