Executive Chef Christopher Lauinger brings his wealth of culinary offerings to provide a menu driven by the seasons for an unforgettable dining experience. Enjoy your evening in our modern rustic Great Room by the fire, in one of our 2 beautiful dining rooms, at our 18th century historic bar, on our beautiful Bluestone Terrace. We are equipped to accommodate events of all sizes, from intimate dinner parties to full-scale weddings.                                                     Had a fabulous meal and exemplary service. They even surprised us with complimentary glasses of champagne since I had noted on our reservation that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Be sure to have the mussels.

                                                    We started off with the "small" cheese plate--3 cheeses. And while the cheeses were all excellent, it was not small at all! There were only two of us, and this easily could have served four or even six! Needless to say, we took half of it home. On to the Estate Greens salad, which was delicious. I had the Cornmeal Crusted Cod, and it was done perfectly--tender, flaky, tasty, with a wonderful sauce/stew that was almost like a chowder, containing shrimp, small sliced potatoes, bacon, and chives. I'm normally not a big cream sauce guy, but everything just "worked" together beautifully. My wife had to House Made Pappardelle (and this was the widest pappardelle I ever saw!). She thought it was excellent, but was maybe a little light on the mushrooms. Our table was toward the front of the restaurant, with a great view of the fireplace. We even got to sit there for a bit before our cheese plate was served. As it was Valentine's Day, we skipped dessert because we had a box of chocolates and some fresh strawberries waiting for us at home. But the Maple Bourbon creme brulee looked really good!

                                                    We enjoyed a delicious dinner for Valentine’s Day with our two kids. The restaurant was so cozy with a fireplace and games that kept the kids busy while we waited for food. Our server (Therise?) was nice and helpful. The meals were delicious and produce tasted very fresh. Lovely cheese board to start and I had the duck and my husband had steak. Both cooked perfectly. The chef also accommodated our picky kids with pasta and chicken tenders and French fries even though there was no kids menu. It really was the perfect combination of adult dining with our kids (very rare to find this) and we will definitely be back!!

                                                    Had dinner at a high top table at the bar so we could watch the Super Bowl this past Sunday. The food and service were excellent! Mind you this is not a sports bar, so we gladly enjoyed it with the sound on mute. We ordered moules frites, house salad, burger and duck breasts. Everything was on point and delicious. I am making this a must go spot any time I stay near Mt.Snow. The resto is in an old inn, super quaint and cozy. I’d consider staying there next time. They have a speakeasy style bar downstairs.
