   We anticipated the restaurant to be what their website shows. We were stoked for an artistic, beautiful, hip experience. The location and environment on their website shows their previous location. Their new location is absolutely nothing like their previous space. Upon entering the restaurant for our reservation, we abandoned it and went next door to Rio Grand instead. I hope Sazón can rebuild what they had. But showing us a restaurant online that no longer exists leads to a disappointment and a drive for nothing.

   The hostess was very good, however the service was poor. The waitress took a long time to greet us and took longer to receive drinks order. She even forgot the second round of drinks. Appetizer came before drinks and it seemed like she put are meal orders simultaneously before are drinks ever came in. We had asked if she could delay the dinner so we could enjoy the drinks with appetizers, but I suspect she neglected to tell kitchen so by the time we asked for our dinners it was a little cold. My husband meat looked dry. The food itself was good. I just wished our waitress took note of the length of time each course took.

   We visited for the first time for my husband's birthday. I appreciated that most of their food is made in house and gluten free. The service was great. We tried two appetizers and two entrees. The Bebe Rellenos were delicious! My husband's Carne Asada was the best we've ever had. There desserts looked yummy, but we were too full to try them. Next time!

   I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the food and drinks were. Our waitress Karla was very delightful. I will definitely be back!

   We were there mid afternoon and the restaurant was busy with a steady stream of customers. Foods presentation was good and the service was great.

   I went to Sazón as a group of 4, and our overall experience was very good. The service, in terms of availability for taking our order, refilling water, and checking on us was very good. But the server confused our orders several times. We all really enjoyed our food and thought it was excellent. Speed of service from the kitchen was also good. I will return.

   The table prepared Guacamole is so good! We also had the Pork Carnitas. Our Favorite dish. The Cadillac Margaritas are perfect. Great service. Great evening.

   we enjoyed all of our food!! but sadly service was quite slow and inattentive. if one party asked for water the server did not offer water to anyone else unless we stopped them to ask also. drink orders were not taken for ten minutes after we arrived - when it was still not crowded.

    We arrived a little early and there was no good place to stand and wait. Once seated the table was bare except for some rock looking crystals and dried buds for Valentine’s Day. Wife tried to order a pina colada but despite being on the menu they didn’t have a blender. Then she tried to order sangria but they were out. I got the Cadillac margarita, which was small but good and also powerful. We ordered street corn and table side guacamole, both were just okay. For entrees my wife got the carne asada which was incredible and I got the Baja seafood enchiladas which were also very good. Because of how good the entrees were we may come back. Otherwise we wouldn’t.
