Permanently Closed - Scrimshaw is uniquely situated in historic wharf buildings right on the water in the Village of Greenport, New York. The restaurant setting reflects the history of the whaling ships that sailed from this port in the early years of the 20th century.

Scrimshaw's dining room offers water views on three sides and open-air dining on the dock. The quiet intimate bar overlooks historic Greenport boatyard and features a few tables for dining as well. Enjoy drinks in comfortable Adirondack chairs outdoors during the warmer months.

Although the cuisine is contemporary American, the chef's Asian and international background is reflected in many dishes.
