   The location is nice. View is great. Staff was friendly and our waitress did terrific. Some of the food was good like the lobster bisque, pork chop, and salmon. Each dish that had a filet mignon on it was asked for medium preparation, but they both were served very well done. Like jerky. Could barely get a knife through either of them. Our kind waitress quickly deplated each filet and brought out new ones after the rest of the meals were complete. So each person was left to eat their filet only. They were each cooked much better. It was just hard to enjoy a filet that didn’t have much flavor as a stand alone, but not wanting to waste the meat or the money on the dish they were eaten. Overall, if we return to the area we would not choose to dine here again.

   I loved the atmosphere and the view. The service was awesome. The food presentation was awesome but the food itself was not hot. Everything was lukewarm warm and the middle of the meat was not warm at all. For the money, I was somewhat disappointed.

   Beautiful restaurant directly on the ocean with gorgeous views and an outstanding menu. Every plate is expertly prepared and so delicious! Wonderful place for a special night out!

   Yummy! All the food is always so delicious. The Seafood Medley is a particular favorite. We love their margaritas, particularly during Happy Hour. To avoid the noise of the main restaurant if weather permits we opt for an outside table upstairs but the climb up the high, uneven stairs is not for the faint of heart.

   As a local there are a few places that always stand out every time you visit. Consistency and Courtesy are so paramount to success and Sea Watch always delivers! You can't beat the ambience if you're a local!

   We went for brunch this Sunday, and had the benedictines with lobster and the crab melt. The lobster was very dry, the sauce was weird tasting, it was overall not great. The crab in the melt was tasting like it has been in the freezer for too long. The cheese was bland and didn’t add to the dish. I was disappointed because I have been going to this restaurant dozens of times for more then 45 years every time I visit Lauderdale by the sea, and have always enjoyed it very much. The setting is still gorgeous, the service very nice , but the food, specially for the price, was not up to their usual standards in the past years. I suggest staying with the regular lunch and dinner menu. We will try again one last time this week, but not a nice experience at all today. Sorry!

   This was my second visit and overall, it was just okay. I ordered the Lobster Eggs Benedict, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The lobster looked like it was just thrown on the plate last-minute, giving off rushed, cooking-competition vibes. The Hollandaise sauce was oddly sweet, almost like sugar had been added—which, to my knowledge, isn’t how it should taste. On the bright side, the eggs were poached perfectly. My wife had the Crab Omelet, and that was a completely different story—absolutely delicious. All the flavors were well-balanced, and it was executed perfectly. We both had Bloody Mary's, and those were on point—flavorful, well-mixed, and exactly what we were looking for. Overall, a mixed experience. Some hits, some misses. Might give it another shot, but hoping for a better execution next time.

   We come to Sea Watch every time we’re in town (6+ times a year) and I have to say unfortunately last night was the worst experience we have ever had… they had a wedding last night and their kitchen couldn’t keep up with the demand. Here is the rundown of the night. We were sat on the upstairs balcony and the manager thanked us for being so accommodating since it was pretty windy. We then waited 20 minutes only to have the waitress speak to another table right away who sat down 15+ minutes after us. The manager came back and apologized but our waitress just made excuses… she told the table next to us the bread was no longer served warm upstairs and you had to ask for it etc. The food was good but not up to the usual standard of Sea Watch… very disappointed in last night but we will back because we love Sea Watch that much! I just felt the need to leave an honest review because if last night had been our first experience we would not be back.

    We had a fantastic visit to Sea Watch last weekend and we were excited to bring friends there for a special dinner last night. It was awful. We waited over an hour after finishing apps to get our food, while diners around us were seated, received food, got their checks and left. in the time, our server did not come to the table at all. In fact, when we tried to get his attention, he quickly ran the other way. Do we sat without drinks or food. Once we received our food 3 of the four entrees were not edible. We appreciate the manager removing the inedible entrees and some drinks from the bill, but I doubt we will be back.
