Seabird’s Flying Lunch is back and better than ever. Enjoy two-courses for £30 or three-courses for £35 Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 2.30pm. On Sundays the living is easy, so come lounge in luxury on the roof at Seabird. Join us for Lobster Sundays – your weekly dose of decadent chill, accompanied by masterful cocktails, glorious city views and, of course, an abundance of exquisite lobster dishes. Lobster rolls, lobster tartare, lobster tortilla, lobster crema de mariscos with smoked pulled lobster meat and toasted chilli… you get the (delicious) picture. Pick and choose from lobster every which way or go all in on the tasting menu, what matters is the lunching is slow and the eating is gooooood.

Seabird turns up the romance with a decadent sharing menu, served alongside our iconic skyline views and twinkling interiors—perfect for a night out. Begin with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, a luxurious caviar bump, and Jersey oysters draped in mantequilla de nante and salsa verde. Dive into tantalising starters like house-cured smoked beef loin with rocket, manchego, and guindilla, or scallop ceviche with citrus, sea fennel, and pickled grapes. For mains, share the indulgent Lobster Rice, crowned with grilled lobster and green peppercorn jus, alongside Pluma Ibérico Steak with escalivada and pickles. End the evening with desserts—Crema Catalana Cheesecake with burnt blood orange jam and Chocolate Torta with turrón ice cream.
