At Seneca, we do something special for groups of 9-14 guests, as we invite large parties to gather together and feast. "Convivium" is a fixed three-course, family-style meal priced per guest. There is an entry level option as well as a supplemented option with more food. You won't have to make any decisions, as we'll take care of everything, cooking up some of our favorite dishes from every section of the menu. However, because this is family style, all diners must choose the same option upon booking. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation, any cancellations within the 48 hours are not eligible for refunds. Tax, 20% Gratuity, and 4% service fee applied at checkout.

Very poor experience at Seneca. While the view is nice, the incredible noise level is not. Asked for a table inside, got sat outside and heard the roar of the jet engines from the airport every 5 minutes. Our server could have cared less if we were alive or dead, we only saw her three times during the course of dinner. The cacio de Pepe was the equivalent of Mac and cheese complete with elbow macaroni. Roman salad was absolutely drenched in a very basic salad dressing, rendering it a soggy mess. The only redeeming quality was the meatball, very good. Even my drink, a martini, was unimpressive as they someone ran out of glassware and served it to me in a cup, with the $19 price tag still attached. Very unimpressed, and won't be returning.

The place is a 10/10, the food is an 8. We ordered the truffle arancini which I thought would be the best, but was ok. The prociutto on the other hand surprised me as one of the best things we ordered, it was so good the combination of ingredients! Then we had de mortadella pizza and the pasta alla vodka which were very good! The service was excellent, all waiters were very nice and attentive!! The hostess could improve a bit her attitude though, but everyone else was amazing! We had a great time overall.

Food was good. But they seem to change the menu a lot. Service was bad. We had to ask for each drink refill. She was abrasive at times and avoided us.

Definitely will return! Service was attentive, food was excellent and the view was amazing! The peach bellini 75 was delicious and we'd definitely order the meatballs again as a starter. Took our server's reco for the mortadella pizza and wasn't disappointed!

Absolutely loved the experience, my girlfriend had told me about the restaurant. She loves the early 90s so the vibes of the restaurant was amazing for her, I loved the decor as well as the general ambiance. The vodka pasta was so good, I got the 40oz porterhouse. The outside was grilled perfectly as well as the medium on the inside. The drinks were so good from the Cabernet my girlfriend had to the Gin & Tonic I had were both wonderfully made. 10/10, will absolutely be suggesting this place to every couple we know as THE date night spot in San Diego.

Schlechter, unaufmerksamer Service. Das Essen ist gut, aber auch nicht herausragend. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Die Location an sich ist toll.
