Nice restaurant selected quite by chance. Food was flavorful and well-prepared. Beverage options were sufficient. Service was appropriate and cooperative. No real negative points other than a rather loud group at a table not far from me… not the restaurant’s fault!! I would likely return to this restaurant and I would recommend it to others.

Wonderful restaurant close to Grand Central. Was very family-friendly! Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere and perfect service. We enjoyed a full 3-course dinner and appreciated not feeling rushed at all.

The food was freshly prepared and tasty, though not exceptional and a little pricey for the portion. The coffee was excellent. The wait staff was a little brusque at times.

A really nice experience. Our server, whose name I can't remember, was very good and everyone at the table enjoyed the really delicious food. I had the short rib pappardelle, and I would definitely have it again. Everyone left full and satisfied.

I was a little disappointed with my experience at Serafina this time around. I went to this same Serafina’s for a work lunch a year or so ago and it was SO good. When a couple of my friends wanted to get together, I remembered this place and how good it was, so booked it. Compared to last time, I felt the experience was a little “sub-par”, hence my ratings. The food was OK and the service was OK (at times almost felt our server was just waiting for us to leave). No real complaints - just not up to the same standard as previously.

Hi All: Serafina on Madison & 38th has been thoughtfully curated to offer guests a warm, modern clubhouse feel. The staff is exceptional, the food consistently delicious, and the buzz in the room around 7 p.m. stays with you for days. Food usually is solid at Serafina - my salad today was not crisp lettuce & very little chicken (as an add on). Also asked for dressing in the side & salad came dressed. Was going to have coffee, etc after eating but waited 10+ minutes for anyone to came back to the table for the order so asked for the check & left.
