We visited Serafina out last night in NYC and it was the perfect was to end our visit. The atmosphere was cozy but also energetic. The staff were very attentive and helpful with their recommendations. The food was all delicious and a perfect size portion so we could enjoy a starter, salad, main and share dessert. Great wine selection.

Amazing restaurant! I had the best experience going there to celebrate my birthday. The carpaccio was truly one of the best things i have ever tried! I was closing my eyes to experience this and i can assure that it's out of this world!!!!The truffled risotto was also incredible, i enjoyed every bite. The service was excellent, i always had water in my glass. I 1000% eould recommend this place and i hope i can be back very soon.

From start to finish was the best experience. The host was very good at getting my family seated after I made the mistake of making the reservation for 2 and not 4 the wait staff was very responsive and the food was amazing

Disappointing experience: lack of coherence between the exposed Italian atmosphere (house wine come from -spoiler - New Zealand or France, not Italy, and the wine are extremely expensive (17$ a glass…). Quantity are too small for the price given, wine is served warm… and finally the music around is not Italian as one may expect but indian. Parmesan was tasteless (was it Parmesan or old grana padano from last week?), and they serve it to you as if it was pure gold bars whereas usually in (real) italian restaurants you help yourself. Bad ratio between price and quality, we left still hungry, and much poorer.

We were in and out in 35 minutes, the whole experience felt rushed. Starter turned up seconds after ordering it and then main straight on top. The risotto was under cooked and then when they made another one, it was far too cheesy. The longest part was waiting for the bill which in the end we got up to ask for.
