Bien situado y linda decoración, personal muy amable y servicial. Excelente selección de bebidas, sin embargo, el sabor de alimentos, la presentación y cantidad, deja mucho que desear. Se pasa un rato agradable, eso sí. Ideal para familias con hijos jóvenes,

Ottima accoglienza, stavamo aspettando il tavolo, e nell’attesa. Ci hanno offerto un’ aperitivo. Posto ben curato, personale gentile, cibo ottimo! Nulla da eccepire! Forse un tantino alto come prezzi! Ma considerando il posto, e i locali veneziani che abbiamo provato, a prezzi cari e cibi pessimi, può starci. Ottima esperienza !

Para empezar diré que tenía mesa reservada para las 21 h del dia 31 de diciembre. Fuimos para confirmar la reserva por la mañana del mismo día, nos la confirman. Hasta ahí todo bien. Pero cual es mi sorpresa cuando llegamos a las 20:58 h y no había mesa disponible, nos dicen que esperemos unos 10 o 15 mn. Igual que nosotros habia más gente que les pasó lo mismo. Entonces yo me pregunto para qué era la reserva si de todas formas te colocaban según ibas llegando y había mesa libre. En resumen, no repetiriamos. Además el servicio y la calidad-precio tampoco es la mejor.

We had a lovely New Years Eve dinner here, in Venice. A few Antipasti of bruschetta and Gnocca (salty, but amazing!!). The steaks were incredibly well cooked and literally melt in the mouth. Personally, I might have liked a sauce option to go with the steak…but don’t let that detract from a perfectly cooked piece of beef. The tiramisu was also incredibly good and a decent portion. We shared having seen someone else order it- it filled the pudding bowl completely! It is expensive but I felt I got great food, in a fantastic atmosphere with exceptional service. Yes, the table were a bit cramped but they’d obviously popped a few extra in to cater for the hoards that had descended upon Venice. Who can blame them, and no it didn’t detract from the experience. I personally hate eating in a quiet restaurant…I want the energy, as long as the service can handle it, which it most certainly did. Well done all, if there was a Serafina near me, I’d be in there all the time!!

The tables were cramped but the service and ambiance was pleasant. The food was fine. Not amazing, but perfectly fine. My husband had pasta carbonara, which he said was good. I had an insalata mista which was the veggies I wanted but nothing special - they brought bottles of balsamic and olive oil to the table for me to dress the salad as I liked. The scallops gratin were 5 scallops breaded and roasted on their shells. Fine but not amazing.

Wonderful pastas (order the carbonara - it comes in the cheese wheel lit on fire!!!!!) and excellent service :) couldn’t have asked for a better night in Venice!
