When Ross Magnaye and Shane Stafford started Serai, their vision was to create a restaurant that would fit perfectly in the heart of the Philippines. To replicate the spirit, vitality, passion and sense of fun, they knew Serai would become a home from home for our diners.
At our restaurant, right in the heart of Melbourne, you can watch the chefs prepare and fresh food daily in our open kitchen at the chef’s omakase table or relax in the restaurant and bar with a glass of our hand picked, vin naturel selections or signature cocktails.
For Chefs Table bookings, you will be required to dine from our $105pp Chef's Feed Me option.
The Chefs Table is a fully immersive experience served by the chefs which is 7-8 dishes.

We returned with some ‘foodie’ friends for the second time and were not disappointed. The food is rich in flavour and so different to any other dining experience I’ve had in Melbourne. The discreet location is great and the service, unbeatable. Definitely recommend, especially the roo marrow and sisig.
