    They do not allow any substitutions or additions. I asked for a side of avocado and was told they can’t do that even though they had avocados.

    I had a great time at Serra and my dish was extremely tasty. My guest did not like her steak but I can only speak for myself. The fish I ordered was done to perfection. I will definitely dine at Serra’s again.

    The pop up Alpina was amazing! Such an incredible vibe with fantastic food. One of the best things we did in NYC this trip. I would definitely come back.

    Nice setting, but band so loud we could I to hear. Also need more fish or chicken options — all options were beef and pork forward.

    Appetizer (grilled endive and lettuce was poorly done and lettuce on the grill?!?) was poorly executed Tagliatelle were missing taste. Been here at Eataly dozens of time but today very poor execution. Please get back to cook authentic Italian food

    I visited eataly for a school trip and the food at Serra was outstanding! Service was amazing and so was the food! I definitely recommend eating at Serra if you are in the area!

    Took a trip to Alpina and absolutely fell in love with the decor. Great food and service! The manager Hogan was a big help with all our questions. Will be dining again soon!
