Food wasn’t the best, we’re very slow to get our order as well. Also they ran out of hamburger which was frustrating because there was nothing comparable left to order.

As a visitor from London we needed somewhere to have a Christmas Day lunch. This one happened to be open when I was looking about a month ago from the UK and we have a fairly local Eataly in London. This was great, with a fun atmosphere. Just a bit pricey but I've found that in NYC generally. I would visit again. The panetone was fab

I requested a table in advance, they replied they were fully booked, when arrived more than half of the restaurant was empty. We were 4 persons, 3 main arrived together and the fourth arrived 5 minutes later, we all ate almost cold dishes. Prices are really high for normal pasta, wines list is impossible!

The vibes and service were solid, which is what I was looking for when I booked. We spent about $100 on a $40 dinner… it was not bad but not great.

We came for Christmas Eve lunch before a show. My daughter is gluten free and had a great meal at a different Eately so we figured we would be good here but when we ordered we inquired about gluten free options we were told they did not have any in the restaurant just downstairs. Seems very strange to have gluten free pasta and bread but not offer it at the restaurant. Then when my husband and I’s meal came out daughters did not. We waited a while and still nothing. The waiter came over and apologized and said it would be a little longer. We still waited and nothing. They were nice enough to drop off a plate of prosciutto but by the time her meal came we weee done with our meals and needed to get to our show. Food was good but not great and definitely not worth what they charge. Room was pretty but a big disappointment for our Christmas Eve outing considering. Luckily the show was fantastic.
