At its heart, our food and service are a center of community. We create the space for memories to be made from childhood to retirement and consider our community to be an extension of the Settlers Bay Lodge family. Memories can be made over dinner, or celebrating in one of our 3 banquet rooms!

Since 2021 Settlers Bay Lodge earned many awards such as ranking in the top 3 for Best; Restaurant, Appetizer, Seafood, Steak, Atmosphere, Company Party Venue, and Place to Go on a Date by the Frontiersman!

Executive Chef, Nathan Michaud has crafted a lovely menu that caters to many palettes. The crispy cajun calamari is a favorite, as well as the hand cut steaks with signature butter! Boasting an expansive wine, beer, whiskey, and cocktail menu a pairing can be made with any dish.

This casual fine dining experience comes with an Alaskan atmosphere adorned by brown bear, moose, caribou, and much more. Community member or traveler, we welcome you with warm hospitality and excellent service!

A 4:00 reservation time was wonderful. The food was delicious, especially the seared AHI tuna appetizer and the fillet. Outstanding! Will return soon!

This was our first time to eat at Settlers Bay Lodge having recently moved here. It was all around great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

As we shared with staff... The lobster appetizer was overcooked. A little less coloring and that dish is on another level. We understand the particular cook for that dish was fairly new.

Excellent service. We had 2 orders of steamer clams, a hamburger and lamb medallions. The hamburger was way over cooked - should of been sent back, but we didn't want to interfere w/ our guest's dinner experience. The clams were cooked in a very delicious broth, but the clams were the smallest I've seen. The lamb medallions ended-up being one leg - small, and it was very good.

Delicious as always. We tend to order drinks and food off the Fresh Sheet and have never been disappointed at the new creations. Live music on Saturday night was nice, though the guitar player didn’t need to be so loud. Service is always with a friendly smile.

Not up to par with our favorite restaurant in Anchorage, the Crow’s Nest. The service, the food, the place: no star quality, but the food prices, through the roof! To think we went on a very special occasion. We went for a change of venue, try out someplace new. Driving an hour to get that special dinner wasn’t worth it, it’s just was not that enjoyable.The receptionist asked if it was special occassion and we said yes but no added treat. @ Crow’s Nest we’re given a plate with chocolates drizzled in chocolate or red sweet sonething with a wriitten “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Anniversary” and offered coffee to finish off our tasty meal. None of that @Settlers Bay Lodge. None. Yes, we learned our lesson and we’re not returning at all anymore.

We went for my husbands 61st birthday with my son and daughter in law . We loved the music . We have been to the restaurant several times. The food and service is alway great, the live music was a nice addition.

What a great dining experience. The food we excellent, our server, Crystal was attentive but not bothersome, we had an amazing view of the mountains. I would suggest making reservations. The specials they offer are wonderful.
