Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." Seviche has received 4 stars from local food critics and continues to be a stand out among Louisville's top independent restaurants.



We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

    Seviche never disappoints. The crab and avocado ceviche is a go to favorite. The service was top notch tonight. Will always be our first restaurant recommendation.

    10/10 recommend Seviche! Everything was outstanding. Start with the empanadas and finish with the coconut flan, you will not be disappointed!

    This is my favorite Louisville restaurant! The food over the years has been consistent and high quality. They have all the lights up for the holidays right now, so it feels exceptionally cheerful. I highly recommend.

    I live near Seviche, so it’s been my go to restaurant for many years. Had family in town, we went for dinner and everything from cocktails to dessert was absolute perfection. Great service, thanks Melissa and all the staff. Highly recommend Seviche for a small private dinner or a large group.

    I have loved every meal I've ever eaten at Seviche! This one was no different! The staff was attentive and polite, the food was incredibly good, and at the end of the meal the bill was less than I expected!! Two of us had the salmon, which surprised me with flavors I wasn't expecting... It was to die for! The steak special was loved by the guy that ordered it as were the Scallops and Skirt Steak! Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

    The food & drinks were amazing! I was most impressed by our waitress’s care for our food allergies, she went out of the way to make sure we were safe and taken care of.
