We've missed dining at your wonderful establishment! I hope the following specific feedback will be thoughtfully addressed - great, good and opportunities - for any future diners.....
We opted to have a belated Holiday dinner with family on Saturday, January 4 for a 6:30 PM reservation which your staff did a fabulous job selecting a nice 4 - top quiet table at the Bardstown Road window area - thank YOU!
However, our server, Boston.... He not only appeared to be but also displayed tendencies of being very sick...? Sniffing, coughing and trying to clear his throat to speak...we all looked at each other thinking 'why is he here? He's obviously sick...'
His timing was perfect for asking us if the table would like to begin with a cocktail - which we all ordered one, however, he then followed it up the timing to the question of 'would you like to order any appetizers'? (all collectively just sat down at table FYI) We asked to wait on ordering appetizers, if possible...he then stopped by our table at least 3 times within 20 minutes for the same question when we hadn't received our cocktails....?
Finally, when we received our cocktail order, my Belvedere vodka - as ordered 'shaken and poured into a chilled martini glass with lime wedge on side' was delivered in a rocks glass with the vodka simply poured into it with lime wedge on rim.....
We did not order appetizers - we each ordered a salad (3) or soup (1) then the main entree (3 chicken dishes and 1 skirt steak)
My husband and I know the restaurant was busy...which was great to see as huge Anthony fans! But...suspect in Boston's health condition he should not have been waiting tables and / or he seemed to 'rush, rush' to push us throughout our dining experience seemed very unlike any other dining experience at Seviche?
DULY NOTED: The staff member filling water glasses did a phenomenal job throughout the entire dining experience! Much appreciated!
Food was delicious - AS ALWAYS and thank you ANTHONY!
