Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." Seviche has received 4 stars from local food critics and continues to be a stand out among Louisville's top independent restaurants.



We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

    I have loved every meal I've ever eaten at Seviche! This one was no different! The staff was attentive and polite, the food was incredibly good, and at the end of the meal the bill was less than I expected!! Two of us had the salmon, which surprised me with flavors I wasn't expecting... It was to die for! The steak special was loved by the guy that ordered it as were the Scallops and Skirt Steak! Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

    The food & drinks were amazing! I was most impressed by our waitress’s care for our food allergies, she went out of the way to make sure we were safe and taken care of.

    We don’t live in Louisville, but we are frequent visitors. Every time we travel to Louisville, Seviche is a mandatory stop. This time, we visited in the fall for a belated 10th anniversary celebratory dinner. The food and cocktails were outstanding! I had scallops over a jalapeño sauce - buttery and cooked to perfection. My husband had mahi mahi tacos that he raved were the best fish tacos he’s ever had. The cocktails were the bomb - not the usual watered-down swill many restaurants are wont to produce. As it was our anniversary, the server made sure we got champagne on the house, and an amazing pot de crème for dessert. Seviche is a local treasure. Pricy, yes, but worth it. We’ll be back!

    I found this place about ten years ago, have been back 5 times since and it blows me away every time. The manager recently went above and beyond to accommodate my reservation change to add more people. Top notch food and service!

    Celebrating birthdays, nephew and myself. Service was excellent. Lane has a great personality and very helpful with deciding our entrees- The ambience was very nice and excellent meals.

    Very disappointed in the quality of food. Chintzy ceviche serving, almost no fish. Baked Brie served with stale crackers, pasta overcooked. Fish tacos were solid. Quality doesn’t match the marketing.
