Meatball and shrimp appetizers were overdone. Steak was excellent. From a value perspective the restaurant was overpriced for the level of service and attention to detail.

Nice place , quite , the service was the best part . Kelly was awesome and friendly. Other than that nothing really impressive. The food is mid.I paid $350 including tips and I think the food wasn’t that wow . Its just hyped up. You will find similar food and tast for less . It’s not to die for.

the food and the service was incredible! The ambiance is amazing and they have the coolest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I would recommend bringing your own wine, as their prices are a little steep.

I really enjoyed the environment and the decor. Nicely done and it was a vibe inside. Food was great. All four of us loved the apps n dinner choices. Definitely going back and soon

It was an unexpected delightful evening- loved everything about this place- mgmt to waitstaff excellent- not too loud on first floor. Professional and kind. Smoked Pastrami delicious- Ribeye sooo tasty and tender- mashed potatoes unadulterated and delicious, the Pasta Del Bosco amazing. My favorite Detroit restaurant currently.

I was very excited to take my sister to Sexy Steak for her 65th birthday. Most of the reviews that I read were very encouraging. I wasn't thrilled with the automatic gratuity, but it was what I customariIy tip, nonetheless, I expected top notched service. I was very impressed with the decor. Our server was very nice, but the attention to detail was lacking. We ordered an appetizer, which was very good. I expected the appetizer plate to be cleared, but I stared at it through our bread service until I spoke up. We used the same plate as the appetizer that we had just finished. We received bread and butter plates after I pointed out that the table next to us had them. I don't usually like to complain, but when I don't have control over the amount of gratuity that I give, I expect the service and the food to be reflective of what you are asking customers to pay. I am hoping that this experience was an outlier, so I am willing to try again, but you can be sure, when I do, I will make certain that my server knows about my previous experience.
