This was our 4th or 5th try here and we have given up. How this place has 2 stars is beyond belief. Slow service: 20 minutes to order wine which they were out of. Guess you have to be an insider to know that there’s a much better, more extensive wine list that the sommelier finally shared. Not sure why we weren’t given it to begin with! Asked about soup of the day but they were out of it. Offered 2 soups not on the menu (???) which were good and that was the end of any kind of dining experience. Came for crispy chicken only to learn after ordering that they were out of it. We then ordered chicken in salt and they brought chicken in sauce. Wrong! Sent it back but they still attempted to serve the rest of the meal without the main course! We ordered crispy pork loin in honey bbque and were told the portion served 3-4 people and to order half. We did. But what was served was 5 minuscule pieces of rubbery pork, not crispy, but gelatinous. While we ate that, they told us they were out of chicken in salt!!! Asked to see the manager who wanted to make us something. Starving, We asked for crispy pork chops in 5 spice. He showed us an internet picture to be sure it was right. They had no 5 spice and had to go to another restaurant in the hotel to get the pork. What arrived was a grizzly, greasy, dark colored pork that had virtually no resemblance to the picture. I wish I had taken a picture of what they had the nerve to serve. The bill came and they gloriously told us that they took off the price of the soups and 1 Diet Coke!! We will talk to the hotel manager. Avoid this horrific place at any cost. Our Chinese restaurant in the US has better food. They must be giving away stars here because this place had barely edible food. We’ll write to Michelin too for what it’s worth.
