Ideally located in the heart of the sixth district of Paris, a stone's throw from the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Shiro restaurant - white in Japanese - is a new address for fans of fusion cuisine. On two floors and with careful decoration, it is a living space that draws its inspiration from both izakaya – Japanese bistros – and chic Parisian bistros. Combining French gastronomy and Japanese influences, Chef Ryo Miyazaki surprises and innovates for an express return trip to the land of the rising sun. Discover hybrid French/Japanese signature cocktails and a careful wine list with a natural and biodynamic selection.

Wonderful experience, staff were friendly,We had the €129 menu and it was 8 different dishes if you include the appetiser, amuse bouche, pre dessert and special surprise at the end. Would definately recommend.!
