Have eaten here a number of times in the past and it was always good. This time, food seems to be a notch below prior visits in terms of flavor. Ordered deviled eggs, seems like they use pickle brine instead of pickles, which is fine except it was too salty and the salt overwhelmed the other flavors. Same for the FCBLT (fried chicken BLT); several times had a bite of it that was too salty. The fish and chips outer edges were a bit hard, and had dark brown appearance suggesting they were fried too long. The accompanying fries were meh.
Perhaps they had an off night, or the particular chef on duty has an inclination to salty flavors. Will try again a different time, hopefully with better results.

It’s frustrating to hear that the food didn’t quite measure up to your past visits—I put a lot of work into every recipe, and consistency is key. If the seasoning was off or the fryer timing wasn’t right, that’s something I need to address.
I’ll be following up with the team to make sure every dish is prepared the way it should be. I really appreciate you giving us another shot, and I hope your next visit is back to the standard you’ve come to expect.
