The venue was quiet as it was January.... which meant it was chilly too! Wear a jumper :) The pizza was lovely. Not much atmosphere, but I'm sure on a busy sports night it would be good. The service was a bit slow, as we weren't sure if it was table or at the bar. We ended up just going up to the bar to order. The boozy brunch deal was great value with a wide range of drinks. Thank you!

Didn’t even have our booking had to get table at ballers. Was very noisy and had to clean our own table as was so busy. Food was actually ok then a fight broke out with security guard and was quite scary so we left to go to bungalow so won’t be back anytime soon

Second time visiting Shuttle on an Itison deal. Food was great, with plenty of choices and large portions Staff were very friendly and helpful and atmosphere was lively Great venue for group nights out, as there are various areas to cater for different tastes in music etc. Highly recommend this place and would return again

We wanted to try a new local place for our date night. Booked a table and arrived on time. Having never been before we didn’t know what to expect etc. entered the bar which had really loud music (everyone’s tolerance is different I accept that). Wasn’t sure where to sit anywhere or wait to be seated so we stood at the bar. And we stood for nearly ten minutes with no one acknowledging us. There was only one member of staff working and there was at least two other parties waiting at the bar. Having worked in hospitality I understand the pressure and the hard work most bar tenders do. But to not even acknowledge we were standing/ waiting we felt was poor. After ten minutes we left disappointed.

Booked table for 6.30 at quay garden section, wasn’t open when we arrived, guy told us just sit somewhere else. Ordered food at 6.40, 4 starters still hadn’t arrived at 7.15 and the place was quiet, had to chase it up and go them 5 min later, no one came to clear the starters we had to do it ourselves, that was about 7.35, 8.10 still no mains, we had to complain that we were now running late for a party and needed to go, our mains came out in boxes at 8.20. Not even an apology. Worst service I’ve ever had. Never be back.

This was a first visit to Shuttles. Bright and clean and welcoming. Staff were helpful and service was very good. Portions were very good on the verge of being to much. Overall great value.

Made a reservation for lunch for 4 people all travelling from different areas to meet up. Got there and it was closed!!

Never got there ! They didn't answer their phone for over an hour ! Couldnt let them know that we were held up and would be late ! Had to give up in the end . Lost our booking and money paid for itison voucher ! Complete waste of time and effort.
