Sierra Grill specializes in wood-fire grilled favorites and made-from-scratch menu offerings. Whether visiting lunch or dinner, guests can enjoy upscale food and drinks while watching meal preparations in the open kitchen, which includes an old-world pizza oven, a wood-fire grill and in-house bakery. The menu includes recipes from California, West Texas, Louisiana and many other locations for an interesting dining experience every time you visit. Sierra Grill offers soups and salads for beginning the meal, along with starters like crispy coconut shrimp, wood-fired grilled artichokes, savory chicken taquitos and homemade mac and cheese. The house specialties on the menu include Kona fish tacos, Napoli margherita pizza, rotisserie chicken, ole Dad's spaghetti and killer shrimp. Check out the Sierra Grill mesquite and applewood grill offerings for grilled gulf shrimp salad, baby back glazed ribs, Aloutian halibut and prime Pecos burger.
