Each month, we invite a talented local chef to take over and bring their signature dishes to our kitchen for one unforgettable night! Our February Chef is Mikey- industry veteran of 15 years. Most recently gratefully having spent time alongside Chef Matty Matheson and Coulson Armstrong at Prime Seafood Palace. From hanging out with gramma Myrtle in a church basement to flipping 40oz tomahawks on the open fire at PSP, Mikey has found plenty of inspiration throughout his past experiences - check out his fun pop up with Eastern European roots!
