Once again, a delightful scrumptious dinner! Can't wait to visit again and try something new. Will ways order pineapple shrimp appetizer to start. This time, had coconut salmon, rice, and peas. My man had the oxtails, rice and peas, never gets old. Absoluty love and enjoy eating here and look forward to making this a monthly adventure regardless of travel. If you’re in Atlantic City Simpson Restaurant is the place to visit. The food was amazing. The waitress suggested we order the biggie back which gave us an opportunity to sample various meal and it was so much food. The drinks was good. The atmosphere was quiet because we went on a Tuesday which was fine because you can tell the food was not rushed. Will be visiting again. One love

The food and drinks were very good also the service was delightful. Its a must to visit The Simpson’s at any of their locations.

The food wasn’t good. Salmon was dry and vegetable were so salty. Pasta didn’t have enough sauce. Would not recommend this place again.

Food was great! We sat for over 10 minutes after being seated before our waitress came to the table. Food came out pretty fast.

After reading some reviews was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly pleased and surprised. Some in our group said they visited the Brooklyn location and it was better than the Brooklyn location. Service was good. We had one small issue which was immediately rectified and the drinks (for those that had drinks) were good.

Update: I didn’t expect a response from the owner/chef so I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him and so quickly. It shows his appreciation for his customers and our business. ********************************************** I have visited The Simpsons location in Brooklyn on several occasions and the food was excellent service was great and ambiance inviting. After learning that a location opened in Atlantic City I was excited to check it out and waited for my birthday to do so. My daughters and I drove a hour and a half from South Jersey in anticipation. We ordered enough food to feed 6 people, even the manager asked if we were expecting others because of how much we ordered. We were extremely disappointed when the food came out. It looked bad and tasted even worst. We did advise the manager who brought out the chef so we could provide feedback to him directly. They offered a complimentary drink and dessert for my birthday. Even the dessert was bad. The chocolate cake tasted horrible and the ice cream on it was completely melted and running right of the plate. This is absolutely the last time I will visit this location and I had mentioned the new location to friends and had to take it back and advice them that a drive to Brooklyn would be well worth their time. If this is the same owner as the Brooklyn location he is in for some major losses as there is no comparison.
