Coming off Thanksgiving Day, we weren’t particularly hungry on Friday night and decided to eat simply. Most ordered hamburgers, all of which arrived well done in spite of other requests. The patties fell apart, making them difficult to eat. This happens when previously frozen meat is made into patties, but I don’t know if that was the case or not. I ordered quail, and they were delicious - crispy, moist, and tasty!

Sinclair's vodka martini was excellent! Nice that the manager stopped by for a chat. Also appreciated was the birthday candle on the sundae dessert. We want to support local business folks.

Very good as always. We live in East Texas, but are in Clifton 3-4 times a year for family. Sinclair is always a must. This trip was a tad disappointing in that they were out of a couple of entrees and wines. We’ll get over it. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.

Good as per usual. Great brunch; House made sausage is fantastic. Only possible criticism would be the scarcity of lunch items on the menu...

This was our third visit.. the food does not disappoint, just as before. The pumpkin ravioli was amazing, the other entrees and appetizers were good. Our service was quite slow. Our waitress was friendly and polite but she was forgetful and very slow to bring drinks/appetizers/etc. There was a considerable wait time between drinks arriving after ordering them as well as the same thing with our food. The food is unique and fresh, the menu had changed since we were there last. I feel like it’s a great place but definitely a little pricier than it seems it should be. Some items this is appropriate for, others did not hold up to their price tags.

The wait staff (Jaselyn) was very attentive and fun. The food was delicious, as always. Some of the flavors are a little different then what you'll get at the chain restaurants, and so worth the drive. This was our fourth time to visit Sinclairs, and we will be back (repeatedly).
