    Food was well prepared and enjoyable, but the service was robotic and slow with no eye contact from the servers. We had to request a faster service after only one dish had arrived after 35 minutes. Atmosphere is pleasant overall, however.

    I was told that i need to return table in 1.5 hours during my meal. however, this condition was not listed in the booking neither during phone call confirmation. I looked for a place to have nice food and environment to catch up with a friend from overseas. it is not expected to be the service of a restaurant in luxury hotel and the bill is not cheap. Also the dim sum are much salty than the excellent dim sum that i took in the past. I will not choose Sin Ying again if it has 1.5 hour time limit.
