Singel 101 is a family restaurant on the famous canal belt of Amsterdam, that offers a unique hospitality with its guests. Our chef Orlando David creates with love and attention original dishes that amaze every time. We work with organic and seasonal produce that create a true flavour sensation. To complete this culinary journey, we have an wine menu that complements the complete experience. Our passion for excellent food and love for each other creates an unique ambiance. We invite you to join our family and have an amazing evening together.

Welcome to Singel 101. Our family is all about good food and great ambiance and we invite you to join us. Our chef likes to create an explosion of flavours and surprise us with daily new creations, which is why we are not bound to a fixed menu.           Lovely owner and ambiance. Stayed and chatted for 3 hours. The food was wonderful and was paced perfectly. Highly recommend

          Truly singular and delicious! Run by 3 sisters, the menu is different daily, based on fresh ingredients. Inventive, sublime and not pretentious. Lovely atmosphere on a quiet part of Singel on the canal. Can't recommend enough!!

          Lovely experience at this restaurant. We were greeted so warmly by one of the lovely sisters that run this place. Given a glass of Prosecco to start with along with the best hot delicious bread. The entire meal was excellent and I loved the element of surprise of not knowing what I was going to eat. The food was excellent from the appetizer to dessert. We will definitely return someday soon on our next trip to Amsterdam. Thank you.

          Everything was excellent— a wonderful experience! You welt welcome as soon as we walked in and the menu eas well designed, executed snd served.

          The food was spectacular. Julia, the owner, was attending tables all night long she is super nice. It shows when the owner of a restaurant is paying attention. I would go back every time. The price to quality was second to none.

          We did not know what to expect because there was no menu buy we were wonderfully surprised when our food arrived. They were delicious. We love the ambience , too. We love watching the boats and people passing by along the canal. Expect to be there for 2 hours just soaking everything in. Service is still good.

          Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of beautiful downtown Amsterdam. The proprietor is happily present, and nice set dinners are also offered here, adjacent to the picturesque canal .

          Amazing experience! From our entrance into the restaurant being greeted by Julia to leaving after meeting the other two sisters so the creators of the menu. For those that say, they did not know that it was a surprise menu, shame on you because it’s announced as soon as you sit down when they ask if you have any allergies or foods that you would prefer not to have. Also, on the website. When you sit down, you are served freshly baked bread and wine or a cocktail. Then, you’ll await the amazing creations by the other two sisters in the kitchen. Without telling you what we were served, because I want it to be a surprise for you as well, The dishes were delicious! We did the 4 course and that was plenty of food. Great adventure, if you have time, don’t miss this. Thank you everyone! So happy that your restaurant was part of our adventure in Amsterdam.
