Disappointing service. The food took almost an hour to arrive, which caused embarrassment for our business lunch when one of our guests had to leave before his meal arrived. When we chased up (at the 45 minute mark), the manager, rather than offering any apology, argued that we should have informed him beforehand if we were 'in a rush'. This seemed to be an unprofessional response, since (i) it is the restaurant's job, not the customer's, to ensure the food arrives in good time; (ii) the restaurant was only 30% full; (iii) 45 min is hardly 'in a rush'. On the plus side, the food was quite good and the venue was pleasant.
