Nestled on the corner of Center Blvd and 47th Road in the heart of Long Island City with a view of the Manhattan Skyline, Skinny's Cantina is the perfect home for celebrations, family and Mexican Cuisine with a heart. From our signature Mexican Meatballs and Carne Tacos to our Tequila Marinated New York Strip, all of our beef is Certified USDA organic and grass-fed. With Chef Michael at the helm Skinny's food philosophy is fun and innovative while recognizing the rich tradition of Mexican Cuisine. Not to be outdone, Skinny's Cantina is the home of the Frozen Margarita with array of flavors to choose from! Disappointing. It’s a shame because the location and the food are good. However the service it’s poor, the person serving the water was more attentive than the waitress. On top of that the service charge is included and they are charging more if you use a credit card. Which was not the case before. Not a winning combination. Hope things improve soon.

Great pricing for their brunch with unlimited cocktails. Service was great and attentive. Also great food menu plus their churro dessert hit the spot. I will be coming back here.

Poor service!!! The waitress was very unprofessional - she never came back to our table to take the rest of our orders until we approached her. After that she never came back. The automatic tip that was included in our bill she did NOT deserve. I hope that was given to ones that kept pouring us water. I don't usually write reviews but it was such a bad experience I had to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Service was terrible. Place was filthy. Bathrooms disgusting. Never again. Complete waste of time and money.

My party got there early and they were so accommodating. Our waiter was super attentive and can’t rave enough about skinny cantina’s. Guava frozen margaritas were ah-mazing!

I have been to skinny cantina a fee times and this place never disappoints. The staff are kind and helpful, the food , WOW , Awesome, and the cocktails were smooth Tasty and so awesome looking. GREAT EXPERIENCE, Thank you Skinny Cantina, LIC

The food was delicious and the drinks were great! The ambience was Fun and different. The music was at a perfect level where you can hear it yet still have a conversation with everyone at the table. I got the Chocolate mousse and it was fantastic!
