I went to this restaurant after a five hour flight and really wanted to enjoy my time here. The food was decent. The one thing I would say that had me shocked and confused. Is it upon receiving my boxed up food that I had previously eaten while dining in? I noticed that the quantity of food they put in my box was significantly smaller as if they had spilled my food in the back kitchen while boxing it up and just sent me on with spoonfuls of what was left. I reached out to the restaurant, but no one contacted me. I paid $82 For a pasta, soup and sparkling water believe it or not and I couldn’t believe that they would handle my food packaging with such little care. I know I didn’t eat down my food in the restaurant like that because I wasn’t that hungry. I just wanted to sample what I had ordered and take the rest back to my hotel. I think they need to do a better job of caring for their customers because I had planned to return the next day, but seeing that they packed up the tiniest portion of my meal and slipped it to me left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had ordered a pasta and soup, and while I dined in, I only sampled a small portion since I wasn’t very hungry and planned to take the rest back to my hotel. When I asked for my leftovers to be boxed up, everything seemed fine—until I got back to my hotel and opened the bag.
To my surprise, the soup container only had about two spoonfuls left—far less than what I had eaten. It genuinely felt like the soup had been spilled in the back while being packaged, and instead of remaking or replacing it, they just sent me off with what was left.
I reached out to the restaurant, but no one followed up with me. I ended up paying $82 for a pasta, soup, and sparkling water, and couldn’t believe how carelessly my food was handled.
