The Sky Blue Tavern is a totally unique partnership between Dhillon's Brewery and Coventry City Football Club to bring you the Official Sports Bar of Coventry City FC, which pairs locally brewed beers with traditional and contemporary Punjabi style Indian food including vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian curries, loaded naans, and more. The Sky Blue Tavern is equipped with over 20 TV screens, including private screens in every booth as well as screens in the bathroom and behind the bar to ensure you never miss a goal, tackle or pass, and is shortlisted for the Best Casual Dining Establishment in the Midland's Foodie Awards 2022.

    We offer a range of catering options including canapés, buffets and full meals. The costs can be discussed with the bar manager.

    Our venue is available for private functions, however we also have a large function room with a capacity of 150 people available and a smaller more intimate private room called the Manager's Office with a capacity of up to 20 people. These rooms are upstairs and not wheelchair accessible.

Enjoy a 1 hour 15 minute session plus a mixed grill sizzler (to share or eat alone!) Sessions are for up to 8 people per session. There is a refundable deposit of £10 required on the day of the booking for the darts that is payable at the venue. The deposit will be refunded to you in full upon receipt of the darts, at the end of the session.

    This was our 2nd visit for a Christmas meal. We found it wasn’t as good this year compared to last year. Portion sizes were smaller this year. Last year we were offered a soft drink instead of the included alcohol drink whereas this year it was not offered. Preferred last years menu.

    Good value tasty food at the Sky Blue Tavern. A surprisingly wide variety of Asian and British food. Lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. Our food came quickly and was spiced to perfection. Some great locally brewed beers as well as a selection of world beers to wash your meal down with. Fun variety of games including FIFA in the bar makes this place a must visit for you and your mates. The Sky Blue Tavern is a very well run bar and restaurant owned by a family of Civ fans but it's a great place to take the family too.

    The food was ok. We did have to wait a while for all the food to come out. It would have been nice if all the food came out at the same time for our mains. The staff were great and very friendly

    Great food at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent place for some food and watch the football.

    This is our second time here as the food is outstanding, my daughter said it’s the best curry she’s ever had ! The think that let’s it down is the service. When we arrived I said to the waitress that we had a table booked, she mumbled just sit anywhere. There is no explanation or on the menu that you need to go to the bar to order. We went to the bar and waited and waited, everyone else was getting served their drinks but no food orders seem to be being taken ? Eventually the young man (mixed race so you know who I mean ) was so apologetic and he took our order. He seemed to be doing everything, the bar, bringing food, checking food order was ok. He’s a credit to this place.
