   Our Easter Brunch meal was completely underwhelming. The appetizer listed as smoked salmon in a “nest” of hash browns was in fact smoked salmon on a bed of arugala with toothpick sized strands of potato strings. The quality of the food was good but my sister’s scallop entree came out with chili oil and chili flakes as garnish but obviously affecting the food and when we asked for a replacement dish without spices the server returned from the kitchen to inform us it was “just garnish” and not spicy. She could have French toast as a non spiced option . We were charged an addition $6 each for plain coffee on top of the $$$ fixed price AND 20% gratuity. Lastly. The dessert menu listed carrot cake (an Easter traditional dessert) but there was none. When we asked again the server came out to reply they “ran out”. Less than 2 hours after the brunch started they had run out. And the dining room was less than half full. No one seemed concerned that things were less than the level you would expect from a fine dining establishment. We do NOT recommend.

   What a wonderful place! The food was excellent as always and Violet our server was fantastic....very engaging and with great suggestions! I highly recommend!

   Well, our reservations were for 130 and we were seated by 210! The ambience is very beautiful! The French toast was not good! Everything else was very good! The server was just okay only because she could’ve been more attentive after the food was served.

   Went to brunch at SkyFire with a group of eight people. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, the servers were great, and we had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back!

   The restaurant sits up high on the Bishop Lodge property and faces the West for Sunset. The service was great and Violet our server was exceptional. The meal was delicious with very interesting flavor mixes. We would go back just for the Chocolate Sphere dessert.

    We've eaten here several times, living in Santa Fe. It's a go-to for special occasions and we've always had excellent food. The tortilla soup and green chili risotto are stand out dishes and it's hard not to order both of them every single time. Wine and appetizers were excellent, as was our service. I would typically give this restaurant five stars every time, but on this occasion, I would not recommend the octopus, which was not our favorite, due to the abundance of both the portion size and amount of sauce (two sauces drenched the octopus). The apple dessert was good, especially the apple sorbet.
