We went with open minds. Things to know. No table service. You can use the QR code to order, but with recent scams using these we chose not to. Drinks - same deal. We went to the bar. Next, there are only booths inside. Tables are only outside. The staff were polite but not overly helpful. Next, the serves are HUGE. The ribs were dry. The shredded pork was nice. The chicken legs were the best of all we ordered. The fries (chips) were OK. There were no serviettes - I asked for some, was told there were none, just take them off of another table!! A bit later, the ? manager brought some over saying that they had been put in the wrong cupboard. When asked about the meal, I said that the Coleslaw tasted'off' and sour. She said it was fresh in today, made tonight. Later we were told it was made on buttermilk- not their usual dressing and that tomorrow night they would be back to their 'old' Coleslaw dressing which had not been available. We were offered dessert as a way of compensation which we declined. Overall, we all felt that a lot of excuses were made. There was no recognition of any query etc. It might have been an off night, we don't know but, we won't be back.
