As usual Smith & Wollensky delivers a dish of great food and wine with an impeccable service by the staff. On this visit I was slightly disappointed with the lamb shank, it was surprisingly fatty (it happens) but other than that my partners steal was a delicious and succulent delight! We'll be back!

The food was delicious but the service was jjust unacceptable for this caliber of restaurant. I was never asked if I wanted a second glass of wine and had to ask three different staff for the check. It was incredibly loud and not at all what I expected. Both doormen were so pleasant and inviting! I wouldnt revisit this restaurant.

we were eating there on 31.12.2024, it was all excellent, I can only recommend that it was great. The service was very friendly and attentive.

To start, the food was lovely. An amazing steak, lovely spinach, starter and also cocktail. However, the service leaves A LOT to be desired. Not a single smile from our waiter for whatever reason and on top of that, another better dressed waiter (maybe maitre de or manager) came over with our bill in hand when we had been sat for 90 minutes, for a 2 hour booking, telling us he needed the table back. Very rude and simply cannot be true considering we booked for 2 hours and even if it was true, is not our problem as paying customers who have had 3 courses plus drinks and were enjoying the lay of those well without our allotted time!! Made for a rude end and service to an otherwise enjoyable meal. Food - A Service - F

First timers here and we will DEFINITELY be back. Staff couldn't do enough for us on our Anniversary. Food was excellent and drinks too. Overall a fantastic evening and was really nice to meet such lovely people working and keeping us topped-up all evening.

As always the food and service was exceptional. We have been many times but we took my son for his birthday and he loves it. As a recent vegetarian there was enough in the Steakhouse to make sure I got an excellent meal too.
