Outstanding food, service, everything. Karim was absolutely incredible. He made our engagement such a special evening and was just the best host we could have asked for. Always had a great time when visiting but this time was even better. Thank you to Karim and all the staff.

Service was good, food was very good - big portions. However the dining rooms were very cramped and very loud.

To be fair, we were a party of 13. Not S&W fault, our table was delayed to due guests who wouldn't leave after paying and we were seated almost an hour after our reservation. The staff was beyond impeccable, but the main course, though delicious, came out warm to cold. Our only complaint. One of my guests, who had ordered lobster, had their dish ice cold and did not eat it at all and S & W graciously removed it from the check. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

Our waiter was great. Rib eye was excellent. Two vegetables were bland and under seasoned. The creamed spinach was pureed like baby food, . I've never had creamed spinach where you didn't know there were spinach leaves in the dish.

Both food and service were excellent. This is the OG S&W, and it shows! There was clear attention to ensuring a great guest experience from the moment we entered the restaurant. Our steaks were perfect, and the hashbrowns were incredible. Our only regret is that we didn't save room for dessert!
