Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

Possibly the best 🍔 in the 🌎 and the tatter tots are amazing. Cocktails are incredible and the local beer was the cherry on the cake. Can not recommend smiths enough

Busy evening, but the staff coped well. Food excellent, as always. Prices comparable with others in Bourton.

Delicious food. Burgers were freshly prepared and juicy! We shared a brownie and ice cream pudding - glad we did as very generous portion. Service was excellent . Only minor downside , noisy children next to us - maybe book later than 6.30 to avoid this. Would recommend😁

First time eating at Smiths this evening, after mooonths of it being on the ‘to do / must visit’ list…. And I can 100% say it did not disappoint. 10/10. We had the BLUE CHEESE BOULEVARD, SMITHS DIRTY TOTS + TRUFFLE & PARMESAN FRIES. The flavours and taste were amazing. Will most certainly be returning.

This place was simply amazing! Being from London there is not a burger place that is above and beyond the rest…the burgers are all pretty similar. Smiths is in its own league - me and my wife shared the hot chick and the classic and they were the best burgers we have had bar none! We also had the fries, Mac n cheese, buffalo and ranch chicken tenders and brisket and chimi tots and all were simply brilliant with the tots being absolutely irresistible. Please bring Smiths to London!! Superb and will be the first food stop on our next visit!!

Smith’s does burgers and does them brilliantly. The Cajun fries are an excellent addition. I can’t fault the food or the friendly service. My go to burger place. If they had a better selection of desserts I’d probably stay longer, however this doesn’t detract from the overall experience,
