Located on top of the all-new Muckleshoot Casino Resort tower in the heart of the bountiful Pacific Northwest. Smoke & Cedar will be among one of the country's leading steakhouses, dedicated to providing excellent guest service, fine libations, prime steaks and the best seafood the PNW has to offer. This one-of-a-kind restaurant in Washington commands 270-degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.

Smoke & Cedars menu is updated seasonally to best showcase ingredients collected by foragers from the farmers markets, regional farms, and other artisan purveyors. The soul of the restaurant quite literally extends through its decor to spectacular views, complimenting a menu that conveys the sentiment that quality procured ingredients-are better appreciated on a beautiful plate in an approachable but elegant setting.

    The food was amazing. We had a great waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for my honey’s birthday dinner. Can’t wait to go back!

    The halibut was amazing! The bread is always so good! The farm fresh salad with raspberries was very good too. The mountain view was great before the sunset. Our waiter, Ben, was attentive as usual, and had suggested the Halibut when I inquired about it. Great experience.

    I love this place. It's nice to have a really nice steakhouse close by our home in Enumclaw. The views are unbeatable and the staff is very kind.

    Lovely view with a heated outdoor deck on 3 sides. Great service . Really nice seating. The filets were fabulous! I’d dine there again

    The portions are petite, and the sides are additional purchases. It’s not children’s friendly as far as having food selections. I thought it would be a great experience for my family but it’s too expensive.

    The food was outstanding. I could not say enough about the quality of the food, but the service was absolutely terrible. I had to ask three times to have my water glass filled. I was served soup without a spoon. I had to flag somebody down it and every time I needed another utensil we didn’t even have salt and pepper offered. We never got checked on to make sure everything was at our liking. I realize that it was Thanksgiving, but it was a very special Thanksgiving and to have to flag somebody down for service when there were so many people walking around last night was outrageous. Our reservations were for 730. It was my best friend Karla and I sitting not very far from the hostess station like I said several people were walking around to have to flag somebody down and nobody noticed our water glasses were empty. I did tip because it was a holiday, but I really didn’t want to.

    Waiters approach was that of a used car salesman (this is a steakhouse, why would you come here on Thanksgiving for a turkey special when you could make that at home your self. ). Dirty dishes left on table then stacked at table in front of us. Over over priced for the inferior quality of the sides. Mac and cheese with lobster: the lobster used was the throw away pieces that were inedible. Brussel sprouts over seasoned and greasy. If the service and quality of food reflected the price I would gladly pay the price. Will NOT be back!

    The physical layout, design, materials used created a surreal environment. The level of service was top notch in that 7 different people served us over the 2 hours we were there. Live piano player was superb with acoustics and electronics that spread his music throughout the expansive restaurant and bar as gental background music. We had the King Crab Louis and King Salmon. Both were prepared perfectly. Was surprised that Prime rib wasn't on the menu, but every other prime beef was available! We'll make it a regular place to splurge.
