Smokehouse Barbecue has been servicing Kansas City since 1987. It opened its doors in Zona Rosa, Kansas City, Missouri, with one objective in mind: to provide Kansas City customers with the best barbecue and service possible. On a daily basis, Smokehouse Barbecue surpasses that aim by serving only the best hickory-smoked brisket and juicy chicken, as well as delectable spices, sauces, and rubs.

Smokehouse Barbecue is a family-owned Kansas City institution devoted to delighting your family with delectable dishes, fall-off-the-bone delicious meats, big servings, and immaculate service.

In the Kansas City Region, Smokehouse Barbecue has three locations. Smokehouse Barbecue's scrumptious sides have also gotten great praise, including fresh-made coleslaw, smoky, and sweet barbecue beans, and some of the smoothest, richest sauces you'll ever try.

Our waiter seemed uninterested and there as a problem with getting the food entered and brought to the table. 4 out of 6 got served in a timely manner. Another came out 10 mins later and the last 20 mins later. The manager apologized and promised to make it good and pay for the last meal. The checks came and there was no accommodation until we mentioned their promise. The checks were all messed up too. It was not the best exprerience

Baby back ribs so tender the meat falls off the bone, friendly and timely service, and good drinks from the bar (the Old Fashioned is particularly good). Love this Smokehouse location.

Really good KC BBQ! Food is always good, service is always attentive and friendly, prices are reasonable. Highly recommend to folks looking for authentic KC BBQ in very nice setting. Great place to go for family and friends.

It was a great place to land after a football game. I made our reservation on Open Table at half time and our table was ready when we arrived! The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable.

We had reservations and entire party seated on time. The staff was very attentive as we had a senior who had a walker and they placed it where it was not in anyone’s way, but accessible. Wait staff was quick to take orders and answer questions. Drinks were monitored for refills. Food delivered quickly. The entrees were large, and the meat was of high quality. The entire party enjoyed their meals. One of the best experiences in awhile with a large party

We enjoyed our visit to Smokehouse again, we go often. Nice quiet atmosphere, great service, and delicious food! A Kansas City BBQ classic!
