Food was amazing, service was amazing, ambience was amazing, we loved it! Agave & Rye is one of our favorite restaurants and the atmosphere of SOB was very similar, so we immediately felt comfortable. Lora of steakhouses are really fancy and stiff and make you feel like you have to be that way too. SOB is nothing like that - it’s relaxed and casual while still providing impeccable service and amazing food. Our waitress Sarah was awesome and so attentive and friendly! All of our food was cooked to perfection and the presentation of certain dishes was so fun (like the “Smoke Show” drink and the “Go Bananas” dessert). We got to “choose our weapon” and pick our own steak knives which was so unique and fun. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our time at SOB and we will definitely return!

As always, the food was delicious. The four of us ordered steak. Different types and all were good. The wine list and cocktails is varied and very good. A variety of unique desserts as well. The only thing disappointing this time was the server at our table. We would not want to be in his section again. But otherwise a great experience.

The service was excellent, from the host staff, to our server, and the management being ever present and circling the front of house to check on guests. The food was the let down here and why this restaurant gets three stars overall.
Everything was flavorful and creative, but nothing blew me away. My steak was ordered medium rare and was much closer to medium well. Also, the scalloped potatoes were slightly undercooked and were a bit raw in the middle.
I don’t believe the quality of the food here warrants the price. When I am paying $90 for a steak, I would expect it to be cooked exactly the way I ordered it. I think you are paying for the experience at this restaurant, not necessarily the food. Lots of flashy cocktails, appetizers and desserts.

We’ve been there a few times and the food was excellent. This time the Sea Daddy tower was terrible. The food had very little taste. Sad and disappointed because it’s a great atmosphere.

Love this place! Love the old fashioned, ahi tuna tower and tried the mushroom stroganoff tonight. All yummy! The lobster bisque is wonderful too!
