We really enjoyed our meal again. Excellent server. Nice amd warm on a rainy cold day. Noise level was quiet so we could talk easily to each other. Delicious food and wine. Love the decor. It is a warm and inviting space. Highly recommend.

I emailed the restaurant to tell them I would be 15 mins late so instead of 430pm we turned up at 445pm only to be told that they only hold tables for 15mins. I told them I did email and they responded that it was ok and if they wanted to see the email to which I was told no. We then had to wait till 5pm and were told time was limited for dinning. Our experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. They completely ruined our night. The front desk staff had an awful attitude, behaving as though we were there to serve them. Who is training these young employees? They couldn’t even manage a simple smile for the customers. When we were seated, our table was far too close to the bar. Two waiters were constantly walking around us, and at one point, they stood just 10 cm away from me, chatting with each other. It felt like we had no privacy at all. This level of unprofessionalism points to poor management and inadequate training. To make matters worse, only 20 minutes after we were seated, a staff member came over to remind us of the 2-hour time limit for the table, which felt unnecessary and rude. As for the food, it was awful—overly salty and impossible to enjoy. We were so disappointed that we left to dine at another restaurant across the street, which thankfully salvaged our evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear they need serious improvements in both their staff training and overall customer service.

Incredibly delicious food and great service. The burger was superb. They don’t make em like that anymore. Waiter was friendly and never kept us waiting for anything. He got us what we needed before we knew we needed it.
