At Soho Japanese Restaurant, our goal is simple: to re-create the best, most delicious dishes from Japanese restaurants around the world and to make them available in the best city in the world—Las Vegas. To make the Soho experience complete in every way, our team recently remodeled the restaurant and hired the best Japanese-trained masters to supervise and educate our staff. At Soho, we refuse to cut corners. Our chefs use the same fish and produce suppliers as the most exclusive “5 Star” restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

We moved to Southwest Summerlin a year and a half ago and have tried many Japanese restaurants all over the valley. Soho is by far the best! Nice ambiance, friendly service, interesting and creative menu, great tasting food all at a very reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite lowkey restaurants in Vegas. The food is amazing, the staff is always great, the prices aren’t ridiculous… it’s an all around amazing restaurant. I don’t know how there’s never a line out the door to get into this place. If you’re able to, try a little bit of everything. Last time I was there, we ordered the crispy rice tuna, lobster tempura, hot stone, hamachi Serrano yuzu, short rib, chicken gyoza, short rib fry rice, crunchy tuna, and matcha bread pudding for dessert. There wasn’t a single dish that I didn’t want more of. It was all amazing.

Came in with some friends to catch up & we had a great time. Atmosphere was exceptional; fun wall decor, open kitchen, Alexa in the restroom was a cute touch with nostalgic music. My previous visit was earlier this year & they added some new food items. Love this local spot! I have to come back for happy hour :)

The quality of the fish was excellent. Food presentation and taste have to be one of my favorite of all time. It is very well priced and has great variety. Waiting for their Omakase menu. Nice bright comfortable dining room with great service. Highly recommend Soho Japanese Restaurant under the new ownership>

Wife and I came to Soho for a quick bite. They have plenty of options on the happy hour menu. But wife and I tried the Ribeye steak with miso butter and miso potato purée. For sushi we had Salmon & Hamachi nigiri which was fresh and had good amount of fish/rice ratio.

Soho Japanese Restaurant is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Albert), solid beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Prok Belly, and, their Lemon Drop Roll. We recommend Soho Japanese Restaurant.
