   This was our first time coming to this place and certainly the last one. It was my birthday and I was looking forward to spend time with my friends at karaoke. The service was pretty bad, almost everyone in our group made a comment about the service being bad. Our reservation was supposed to start at 9 PM. When we arrived, the room was not ready, and it was not ready until 9:20 PM. The waitress did not apologize, but I did not mind. I told her I still wanted the full 3 hours that I initially reserved. She told me they would still keep the 3 full hours (which means until 12:20). So, I was ok with it. Later on we decided to add 1 more hour (till 1:20 am). To my surpise,when the check arrived, there were 5 hours charged instead of 4. I thought it was just a mistake so we went to ask our waitress. She kept saying it's 5 hours, and when I started counting and asked her to explain to me how 9:20 PM till 1:20 AM equals 5 hours, she bluntly responded that only because she was busy she was gonna do us a favor and would void 1 hour because she did not have time to deal with this. But we should know that it's 5 hours. Excuse me!? The waitress was very rude and not willing to accept her own fault. I find this behavior pretty offensive. This place charges $70 per hour to rent the room but the service is horrible.

   I had high hopes for this place, especially after hearing good things and planning to bring my friends for a fun night out. Unfortunately, my first visit will also be my last. It was a Sunday night, and the place was practically empty, which should have been an opportunity to deliver great service, but it felt like the bartenders and staff were just going through the motions. First off, if you’re going to have a time limit in the karaoke rooms, let your guests know upfront. A friendly reminder goes a long way, especially when people are enjoying themselves. No one wants to feel rushed, especially when they’re paying for the experience. Speaking of paying, I had a $400 tab, and honestly, it wasn’t worth a dime given the terrible service. The servers didn’t seem to care at all—incorrect food orders, items I didn’t even ask for, and a general lack of attentiveness. I don’t mind paying for a good time, but when the staff can’t even get the basics right, it’s hard to justify. The karaoke room itself was disappointing. It definitely didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, this place could have been great, but the service was so bad that it ruined the entire experience. I suggest you really invest in training your staff to improve guest experience because a night out is supposed to be fun, not frustrating.
