Solstice by Shaman pays homage and tribute to the power of seasonality and produce of the British coastline. Each of our menus works directly with the changing seasons to ensure optimum flavour. Our chefs always go the extra mile as a result of their devotion to utilising only the highest quality ingredients in their dish-curation.
Our head chef, Jay Campbell, has curated a menu inspired by his past experiences in which he wanted the coastal delicacies from the British Isles to take centre stage.

The kitchen service is closed from 9.30pm during week days and from 4.30pm on Sunday.
