Solstice by Shaman pays homage and tribute to the power of seasonality and produce of the British coastline. Each of our menus works directly with the changing seasons to ensure optimum flavour. Our chefs always go the extra mile as a result of their devotion to utilising only the highest quality ingredients in their dish-curation.

Our head chef, Jay Campbell, has curated a menu inspired by his past experiences in which he wanted the coastal delicacies from the British Isles to take centre stage.

Right on the riverbank by St Paul's Cathedral is where you will find Solstice. Sun-kissed and in the heart of the City of London, enjoy every last glance of the sunset surrounded by good dishes and creative house-made cocktails carefully sourced by our talented team.

Our cuisine is based on quality products and respects the rhythm of the seasons.

The kitchen service is closed from 9.30pm during week days and from 4.30pm on Sunday.
