Son'z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa boasts breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls, a lushly lit lagoon, and Maui sunsets.

Our diverse menu features freshly caught local fish only 100% USDA-certified Prime beef, known for its superior flavor and tenderness. Our bone-in ribeye, New York strip, and tomahawk steaks are dry-aged in-house, and all our steaks are marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, hand-rubbed in Hawaiian salt and fresh cracked pepper, broiled to perfection, and finished with herb-infused Maître d'Hôtel butter.

You'll discover the consummate complement to our sumptuous steaks in our elegant wine cellar, which houses 1,500 bottles of the finest wines from around the world, including one-of-a-kind vintages.                                                                           The food and service was fantastic! Best steak I have had in a long time! Our server was great - very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was OK, but this is not a beach view restaurant. The scaffolding and construction detracted from our dinning experience. Dogs in the restaurant were an unwelcome sight - one had bones and doggy toys on the floor… Prices are high, but the quality is there! I definitely will go back.

                                                                          Second visit with a fairly large group this trip, similar experience. The food was excellent. Service was not. Not for lack of effort by our server, who at one point went to the bar and made drinks for our order. Although we were seated on time it took 45 minutes to get our initial drinks and our main courses were served two hours in. If you are looking for a minimum 3-4 hour experience with good food, this is the place for you. We will not be returning on this trip.

                                                                          NYE dinner was great! 4 courses menu with great variety. Our waitress Lisa made the last night of the year even more special with her great attention and kindness. We ordered the lamb for main entry and it didn’t disappoint!

                                                                          Our favorite meal in Maui. Amazing food, service and ambiance - the restaurant’s back wall is entirely open to a manmade waterfall lagoon with real swans!

Watching the ducks floating around, the beautiful landscaping and the waterfall makes this a wonderful experience. The food is wonderful. I especially love the lobster ravioli. It is served so nicely with a lobster tail on top. The service is very good and professional. It is a must every time we come to Maui
