Son'z Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa boasts breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls, a lushly lit lagoon, and Maui sunsets.

Our diverse menu features freshly caught local fish only 100% USDA-certified Prime beef, known for its superior flavor and tenderness. Our bone-in ribeye, New York strip, and tomahawk steaks are dry-aged in-house, and all our steaks are marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, hand-rubbed in Hawaiian salt and fresh cracked pepper, broiled to perfection, and finished with herb-infused Maître d'Hôtel butter.

                                                                          Our service was excellent and the location is amazing. My son and I shared the tomahawk ribeye, which was delicious. My MIL had the filet which was also delicious. My husband had the strip steak and it was okay. The sides, salad, and escargot were very good.

                                                                          We happened upon Son’z on OpenTable and it was a wonderful experience. Service was top notch, ambiance was lovely, food was perfection. Tomahawk steak was delicious, calamari perfect. No room for dessert. Next time!

                                                                          Absolutely one of the best dinners and fun night. Service from Lauren was fantastic and our steak was cooked perfectly. We had salads, appetizers, entries and dessert - all excellent.

                                                                          The seafood tower was very enjoyable for the four of us. The steaks were cooked to temp. The only thing was the creamed spinach was a little too creamy for us. A little less cream would have made this near perfect. The wine list was very expansive.

                                                                          Food was delicious. I ordered the rack of lamb and my partner ordered the wagyu flat iron. The rack of lamb was perfect a perfect medium. While my partner ordered a medium wagyu, it came out on the rare side however the taste was excellent. We also tried the grilled lobster and that was SO GOOD. And the roasted garlic mashed potatoes were nice and smooth. Our waitress was Lisa, she had such a vibrant personality and really elevated our experience with her service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice elegant steakhouse dinner. View was partially obstructed but still nice to be by the pond.

                                                                          Nice place to have dinner. Very good food, nice service. It’s a pretty big place but there were only couple tables served for dinner, it made us a little confused.
