Sorrentino's West is an Italian cuisine restaurant. The décor of the restaurant is classy. The dim lit ambience of Sorrentino's West makes it a trendy place to hang out, catch some TV and enjoy delicious Italian food. The family friendly environment at Sorrentino's West gives the place an inviting vibe. The food at Sorrentino's West is scrumptious and some of the regularly ordered items on the menu include Calamari, Penne Arrabbiate, Prosuitto Panini, Butternut Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagne. The most ordered item on the kid's menu is Spaghetti and Meatballs. Out of these food items, it is the Calamari which steals the spotlight. For desserts, Mango Berry Cheesecake seals the deal. Sorrentino's West has a bar too. The wine selection at the bar is pretty decent. The bar service is fast.

Mixed experience depending on food ordered. Crab cakes were awful. Could not taste crab with all the breaded coatings. Char was great. Beet salad was so-so -

Ever wanted to know what it feels like to be a ghost? Skip the haunted houses and just grab a table here. We found ourselves waiting a solid 20 minutes without so much as a glance from the staff. No water, no greeting, not even the classic “Someone will be right with you” lie. Eventually, we walked out, left to ponder life’s big questions—like Why am I here? Oh right—because my grandmother bought me a gift card. I’ve eaten here twice before, and every time I leave underwhelmed, wondering how this place is still coasting on its former glory. If you enjoy overpriced, aggressively average pasta in a dining room that doubles as a retirement home social club, this is your spot. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere that actually acknowledges your existence.

We were sat almost immediately; our server, Dean(?) was courteous and polite, efficient, informed and friendly. He brought us a little dessert with a sparkler for our mom's birthday, and even sang to her with us. Overall a lovely experience, with delicious and perfect food, wonderful ambiance, and quality dining.

Would appreciate more seclusion sitting next to loud drunk people really ruined Myself and my spouses anniversary experience. Overall food was average, sauce was good for the abbariata penne but the noodles came out crunchy. Overall would give it a 2/5 experience., really expected more.
