                  Another delicious meal at SBB! I had the weekly special, salmon, it was so delicious. The new owners are hitting it out of the park!

                  Shortish menu but changes frequently. Specials really are special. Short ribs for me at this last supper that was hearty and melt-in-your-mouth. Well paired with a suggested wine ("servers" are as solid as sommeliers I have met at other higher end restaurants - but these servers are part of the management / sourcing team so not entirely unexpected). Wife had a pork chop that was amongst the best we have eaten - accompanied by brussel sprouts she normally hates (and thought I would eat) but prepared simply and well in a fashion she worked through all but one taste for me. Our fourth or fifth time here - always good food.

                  This is the best restaurant in Sunriver - and it isn’t particularly close. Outstanding in so many ways.

                  The food, service, and ambiance were perfect! Crab cakes, salmon dinner, salads (beet and apple tossed salad), and flourless chocolate cake were amazing in flavors & textures!!! We realized we had eaten here many, many times over the last 5 years and every single meal was perfect!!!! Thank you for valuing excellence!!!
